MYCO celebrates project milestone at 38-44 Ballards Lane

MYCO are happy to announce that we recently marked a key milestone at our 38–44 Ballards Lane, Finchley project with the formal topping out ceremony of this mixed-use development for our client, Morgan Management.

This is our second project on Ballards Lane and our third project with Morgan Management. The scheme involved the demolition of the existing building and the construction of an 8-storey building, comprising five floors of residential apartments above three floors of high-quality commercial space including a basement plant room.

Thoughtfully designed, the development features a striking brickwork façade, curved glazed elements, and a premium fit-out throughout - delivering both architectural distinction and lasting value for residents and commercial occupiers alike. We look forward to completing this exciting landmark project for the area that will contribute positively to the local community.
