Pre-Construction

From procurement strategy and design development to buildability and logistics planning, our early input creates a clear path for efficient delivery.

In line with the Building Safety Act, Gateway 2 represents a critical milestone where projects must demonstrate that designs are fully developed and compliant. We work with clients and design teams to prepare detailed submissions, ensuring that safety, quality, and compliance are embedded throughout — providing confidence that each scheme is ready to progress to construction safely and successfully.

Design & Build

MYCO’s Design & Build service provides a single point of responsibility, ensuring a fully integrated and efficient delivery process from concept to completion. Our in-house design managers lead each project, coordinating a tailored team of consultants and sub-contractors with expertise aligned to the specific demands of the scheme — whether in residential, education, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

We understand that each sector has its own unique priorities, from creating high-quality living spaces and functional learning environments to delivering flexible commercial units and cohesive, multi-purpose buildings.
