MYCO announces project handover at 10 Middle Street

Earlier this year, MYCO completed 10 Middle Street – a Grade A office building located just off Brighton’s iconic seafront. Spanning six floors, the development includes ground floor and basement retail spaces, delivering a modern and sustainable addition to Brighton’s commercial landscape for our client, Morgan Management.

Designed to meet BREEAM Excellent standards, 10 Middle Street boasts energy-efficient LED lighting, a VRV air conditioning system, secure bike storage, and external areas on the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th floors. The building also features roof plant space, a green roof, and solar panels, reflecting a strong focus on ESG and green credentials, with a target of EPC rating ‘A’, promoting energy efficiency, sustainability and modern workplace standards.
