    "MYCO delivered this scheme consisting of the demolition of the existing building on the site and construction of the new building providing c. 4,500 sqft of office space over four storeys above ground and c. 2,000 sqft of retail space at ground floor and basement level. The building was delivered under a design and build contract commencing in June 2020 and completing in January 2022, with the prior demolition contract being novated. The site occupies a prominent corner plot on Kensington High Street immediately adjacent the busy pedestrian and vehicular thoroughfares meaning logistics had to be carefully planned and managed in line with RBKC requirements. External and internal finishes and fittings were of high quality with exposed services to the soffits to provide a premium serviced office product "

MYCO assembled a highly experienced design team and proactively managed the design development process to overcome a significant number of challenges. Throughout this process I was impressed with their proactive problem solving approach and technical knowledge not least with the fire safety systems and the MEP installation. I was also impressed with their flexibility and willingness to engage with my client to address the impact of the Covid pandemic".
