MYCO announce new project award at Nile Lodge, Ealing

We are delighted to announce that MYCO has been appointed as principal contractor for the Nile Lodge residential development in Ealing, London.

The project will deliver 112 studio apartments and 9 houses within the grounds of a locally listed building. The retained heritage element will provide shared amenities, while two new wings and a carefully planned courtyard will create a contemporary shared living environment. At the rear of the site, new family homes will be arranged along a pedestrian-friendly street designed to encourage community interaction and provide spaces for relaxation.

This thoughtfully designed scheme introduces a range of living styles and high-quality homes that respect the historic character of the site while enhancing the surrounding Conservation Area.

Nile Lodge represents an important step in the delivery of new housing in Ealing, and we look forward to working with Luxgrove and the wider project team to bring this scheme to successful completion.
