Nile Lodge

MYCO is delivering the redevelopment of Nile Lodge, a locally listed Victoria era property on queens walk in Ealing.

The project involves the retention of the original facade and the construction of two new rear wings to provide a contemporary shared living scheme comprising 112 studio apartments. The development also includes the construction of nine family houses arranged along a pedestrian-only shared streetscape.

The design, inspired by collegiate-style courtyards and colonnaded forms, promotes a strong sense of community and connection. The retained building will accommodate shared amenities, including communal lounges, a gym, and a cinema.
