Chapter House

MYCO is delivering the transformation of Chapter House, a 3,266m² former office building on Chapter Street in Westminster into a modern educational facility for Westminster Under School. The project involves the full refurbishment of the existing structure to create a high-quality, purpose-built learning environment.

The scheme will provide new light-filled classrooms, a spacious library, and specialist facilities for music, science and IT. Sustainability is a key focus, with the reuse of the existing building forming a core part of a low-carbon construction approach.
