38-44 Ballards Lane is MYCO’s second project on this bustling High Street in Finchley, North London. Works include demolition of the existing building and construction of a 9-storey building featuring 6 floors of residential apartments and 3 floors of commercial space.

This repeat-client development pairs a striking brick façade with gracefully curved glazing, and delivers a premium fit-out across commercial and residential spaces.
