MYCO announces new project award at Bishops Avenue Gardens

MYCO are excited to announce that we have been appointed by developer Valouran, as the main contractor for their highly anticipated Bishops Avenue Gardens development in Hampstead.

This landmark project, with a GDV figure of £200m, will transform one of London’s most prestigious addresses into a collection of exceptional residences, blending heritage restoration with bold, contemporary design. Set within beautifully landscaped gardens, the scheme reflects the character of Hampstead Garden Suburb.
