MYCO announces new project award at Griffin Park, Brentford

MYCO are delighted to announce that we have recently secured the enabling works contract at Griffin Park, the former home of Brentford Football Club. This marks a pivotal step in preparing the site for its next phase to deliver 149 high-end residential homes alongside 1,770 sqm of public green space, bringing new life to this historic location.

The enabling works include demolition, bulk earthworks, enabling groundworks, new reinforced concrete structures and new masonry, establishing a safe and efficient platform for the main construction phase to follow.

We are pleased to be working with our Client EcoWorld London and Employers Agent Collab Consultancy, with a focus on delivering a project of the highest quality that will set a new benchmark for the re-development of this landmark site.
