MYCO announce recent project completion at Atlantic House, Kensington for Thomas’s London Day Schools

MYCO are pleased to announce the recent completion of the Atlantic House project in Kensington for Thomas’s London Day Schools. The new five-storey facility provides 23 purpose-built classrooms alongside specialist spaces for science, IT, art, dance and music, supported by thoughtfully designed outdoor areas that enhance play, creativity and wellbeing. Sustainability features including a green roof, photovoltaic panels and highly efficient modern MEP systems help reduce the building’s environmental impact.

Located in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington, the scheme unites two existing buildings—one heritage—with a contemporary new link. Integrating advanced MEP into the historic structures, while maintaining their architectural quality required careful coordination to successfully integrate modern systems within the historic structures.

Our thanks go to Thomas’s London Day Schools, Savills, Bidwells, Ackroyd Lowrie and the wider project team for their collaboration throughout delivery.

We hope the students and wider school community enjoy their new learning environment for many years to come.
