MYCO announce project completion at Sunlight House, Manchester
Sunlight House has been part of Manchester’s skyline since 1932. Designed by Joseph Sunlight, it stood as the city’s tallest building for more than three decades. MYCO has now completed its refurbishment and fit out, transforming all 165,000 sq ft into modern Grade A workspaces while maintaining the character of this historic building.
The project includes a mix of Cat A and Cat B offices, new wellness facilities such as a gym, yoga studio, showers and bike storage, and a renewed ground floor that now features a café and bar. The building is also set to achieve 4 NABERS and BREEAM Excellent, bringing high sustainability performance to a heritage setting.
As Sunlight House begins its next chapter in the heart of the Manchester, we would like to thank Sunlight House, Hollis and Quantem for returning this landmark to the city.
