No. 124 Kings Road
On Brighton’s iconic seafront, 124 Kings Road has been transformed into a stunning boutique hotel for Guest House Hotels, setting a new standard in coastal luxury. The completed scheme introduces elegantly designed guest rooms, a tranquil spa, and refined dining and bar spaces, all created to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
The scheme involved a complex cut-and-carve operation across four interconnected buildings, with a strong focus on retaining and restoring the historic fabric of the listed buildings at numbers 125 and 126. Key structural works included the reduction of the basement floor level and underpinning of the primary structure, alongside extensive structural steelwork to facilitate a seamless internal connection between the buildings.
With sweeping views across the south coast, the hotel captures both timeless elegance and Brighton’s vibrant spirit.
