MYROX - The Construction Way!

Last week, MYCO hosted MYROX - The Construction Way at the British Airways ARC, Olympia UK, raising an incredible £45,365 and rising for The Sick Children's Trust, a charity that provides a welcoming home away from home for families with seriously ill children receiving hospital treatment.

Putting a construction twist on the fitness challenge, MYROX saw over 175 participants take on the challenge in pairs, tackling eight 500m runs alongside eight challenges, including steel carries, paint tin step-ups, toolbox lunges, rowing, SkiErg and more, before taking on the final scaffold steps to practical completion!

It was fantastic to see so many people come together from across our clients, project teams, consultants, supply chain partners and the MYCO team, all bringing plenty of determination, energy and teamwork.

Together, we've raised the bar on what can be achieved when the construction industry unites for a cause that truly matters.  Every donation helps The Sick Children's Trust continue its invaluable work supporting families when they need it most.
