MYCO Celebrates Project Milestone at Nile Lodge

MYCO are pleased to announce a recent milestone at Nile Lodge, Ealing. The project has reached its topping out stage, marking the completion of the main structural works across both the retained building and the new-build elements.

Nile Lodge comprises the retention and refurbishment of the original locally listed Victorian façade, together with the construction of two new rear wings to create a contemporary shared living scheme comprising of 116 studio apartments. The development also includes the construction of nine family houses arranged along a pedestrian-only shared streetscape to the rear of the site.

Now that the main structural works are complete, the project moves into the next phase of works, including envelope construction, internal fit-out and the ongoing restoration of the retained building.
