MYCO Appointed Main Contractor on Royal Heights, Reading Phase 1

MYCO are thrilled to be appointed as the Main Contractor to deliver Phase 1 of a major new residential conversion of a 1980’s office block on a prominent site in central Reading.

Site setup, strip-out and enabling works commenced in February with completion for the project programmed for Q3 2021.

The conversion will result in 49 quality 1 & 2 bed apartments. An additional floor to be added to the rooftop with 4 loft-style apartments will complete Phase 1 of the development.
