MYCO appointed as contractors on Kensington High Street scheme

MYCO are delighted to have secured our latest project, the re-development of 197 High Street Kensington.

Works include demolition of the existing buildings and the development of a new basement, ground and four upper floors with roof terraces. The ground floor and basement will provide a mix of Class A1/A3 while the upper floors will provide Class B1 offices.

Site setup, enabling works and demolition commenced in July 2020 with completion for the project programmed for Q4 2021.
