MYCO Announces New Project at 38-44 Ballards Lane

MYCO are excited to announce our latest project 38-44 Ballards Lane, our second project on this bustling High Street in Finchley, North London. Works will include the demolition of the existing building and construction of an 8-storey building featuring 5 floors of residential apartments and 3 floors of commercial space.

The design incorporates a striking brickwork façade with gracefully curved glazed components and a top-tier fit-out for both commercial and residential areas for a repeat Client, Morgan Management.

We are looking forward to working with Quartz Project Services, Child Graddon Lewis, Conisbee, Atelier Ten, Joe Mills Architects, OLIO Design on this project which will become a centrepiece in the heart of Finchley in 2025.
