Mayor of London Borough of Newham joins topping out ceremony

We were delighted to be joined by the Mayor of London Borough of Newham Rokhsana Fiaz OBE for the topping out ceremony at our East Ham Town Hall Annexe re-development project.

The MYCO team are working on this listed building to change it’s use from commercial to residential. The site features a vertical extension to the existing 3 storey town hall, adding 2 floors to create 40 units over the new 5 storey structure with extensive cut and carve alterations.
