Chapter House achieves practical completion for Westminster Under School

MYCO has completed the transformation of Chapter House, a former office building on Chapter Street into a modern educational facility for Westminster Under School.

The works comprised of a full refurbishment of the existing structure to create a high-quality, purpose-built learning environment. The completed scheme provides new light-filled classrooms, a spacious library, and specialist facilities for music, science and IT.

Sustainability was a key focus throughout the project, with the retention and reuse of the existing building forming a core part of a low-carbon construction approach.
