    Work Placements and Internships

    Work placements provide the perfect introduction to our industry. Whether it’s a summer placement or a year-in-industry, you’ll gain real-world insight, practical skills, and valuable experience to support your studies and prepare you for your next steps.

What you can expect from us

Graduates

Join a cohort on an 18–24 month programme with rotations across site operations, commercial and pre-construction. You’ll get a mentor and buddy, weekly learning sessions, and support towards professional chartership if you wish to pursue another qualification. Expect real responsibility from week one and be given unparalleled opportunities to develop and fast-track your career.

Apprenticeships

Earn while you learn on Level 3–6 pathways in Site Management, Quantity Surveying, Design Management and Business Support. You’ll split time between site/office and college or university, with paid study time, fees covered for approved courses, and a permanent role on completion for strong performers.

Work Placements & Internships

Short-term placements (2–12 weeks) and year-in-industry roles give you hands-on project experience, exposure to specialists, and a real CV boost. You’ll shadow site walks, help with planning and procurement, and contribute to live deliverables—not just observe.
