Royal Heights

MYCO successfully delivered Phases 1 and 2 of this significant residential conversion project, transforming a 1980s office building on Queens Road into 49 one- and two-bedroom apartments. The development included the addition of a rooftop floor, creating four loft-style apartments.

The project involved the full demolition of the existing structure, followed by the construction of a new basement and reinforced concrete (RC) frame. The building features a traditional brick and zinc façade, delivering a clean, modern aesthetic. The apartments were completed to a functional and contemporary standard, providing practical and well-designed living spaces.

Completed in the first quarter of 2022, Royal Heights contributes to the ongoing regeneration of central Reading, offering modern residential accommodation in a well-connected urban setting.
