Avenue Heights

MYCO successfully delivered the redevelopment of Avenue Heights, a residential scheme located in Crouch End, North London. The project involved the demolition and reconstruction of the original two-storey front wing, which was replaced with a new part two-, part three-storey extension.

The existing 10 residential units were internally reconfigured and upgraded, while an additional 7 new apartments were added—bringing the total to 17 homes. These include a range of one-two-and three-bedroom apartments, with a standout penthouse occupying the entire top floor. The penthouse features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling glazing, herringbone flooring, integrated appliances, and a private roof terrace.

The scheme also included associated service upgrades and landscaping improvements. Avenue Heights was completed with a strong emphasis on quality, efficiency, and maximising the potential of a constrained urban site.
