Atlantic House

Atlantic House is a new five-storey school building in Kensington, comprising part demolition of existing structures and the construction of a modern educational facility. The project includes 23 newly built classrooms along with a variety of specialist spaces such as music rooms, libraries, dining areas, assembly spaces, and flexible-use rooms.

Sustainability plays a key role in the development, with features such as a green roof and photovoltaic panels integrated into the design. A new single-storey extension forms part of the build, with the project completed by external works including a playscape area, both hard and soft landscaping.
