Senior HSEQ Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HSEQ Manager to lead and develop our Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality strategy across the business. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring compliance, driving a strong safety culture, and supporting continuous improvement across all projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of HSEQ policies, systems, and procedures.

  • Provide expert guidance to senior leadership and project teams on all HSEQ matters.

  • Monitor compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and internal requirements.

  • Drive a proactive safety culture through training, coaching, and engagement.

  • Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.

  • Report on HSEQ performance metrics to the board and senior management.

  • Act as the main point of contact for regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.

  • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent professional qualification).

  • Proven track record in a senior HSEQ role within [industry, e.g., construction, engineering, energy].

  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to influence at all levels and drive positive cultural change.
